Third World Cop Movie Review 1999

Detective Capone (Campbell) returns to his childhood home in Kingston and discovers that his best bud Ratty (Danvers) is the right-hand man for local crime boss One Hand (Bradshaw). Their friendship leaves the gangsters suspicious that Ratty is a police informer but even when he finally agrees to help Capone, things go wrong. Straight-ahead crime story does have the advantage of the Jamaican settings to take it out of the norm.
