Boltneck Movie Review 1998

When school outcast Karl becomes the victim of a hazing by jocks, nerdy Frank Stein (get it?) decides to try an experiment in re-animating the dead. But unknown to Frank, the brain he's used (which he stole from his father's lab--how convenient) is that of a mass killer and the new Karl has developed quite an attitude.
