Star Trek Voyager, Episode 18: Initiations Movie Review 1995

Chakotay is on a solo mission when his vessel is attacked by a Kazon ship. He destroys the vessel after saving the pilot, discovering a young Kazon boy who must earn manhood by killing his enemy and who is now ostracized because Chakotay rescued him.
