The Silencer Movie Review 1999

FBI agent Jason Wells (Elliott) fakes his own death in order to assume a new identity for a new assignment. Now known as Jason Black, he's an eager would-be assassin who wants to join the terrorist organization Division 5 where he can learn from master marksman Quinn Simmons (Dudikoff). But when Jason learns what's really behind his mission, things aren't so simple after all.
