Model Behavior Movie Review 2000

Shy, boyfriendless, 16-year-old Alex (Lawson) is your typically anguished teen. She wishes she had the life of teen supermodel Janine and gets her chance when the girls accidentally meet and realize they are lookalikes. So they decide to trade places for a week--Alex gets to do fashion shoots, go to parties, and hang-out with fellow model Jason (played by 'N Sync's Timberlake) and Janine gets to go to high school, eat stuff that's bad for her, and laze around. It's kind of a "The Prince and the Pauper" for girls with no one threatening their lives. Based on the book by Michael Levin.
