Rapid Assault Movie Review 1999

Terrorist Lars Rynark (Scribner) is set to detonate a biochemical agent in the Atlantic Ocean that will decimate the population--unless he gets paid a lot of cash. Three government ops are sent to get to the terrorist first. Typical action fodder--the plot making any sense is besides the point.
