Mr. Headmistress Movie Review 1998

Smalltime con man Tucker (Williams) is trying to avoid a couple of thugs out to collect a bad debt when he assumes the identity of the headmistress of the Rawlings Academy for Girls. Seems the school is about to receive a big donation if grades improve and Tucker wants the money. But of course, he learns more than how to walk like a lady along the way.
