Wong Fei-Hung, his young aunt-by-adoption Yee (to whom he is secretly engaged), and his friend Chung arrive in Peking just as the Empress announces an important martial arts contest. Wong faces rivals on two fronts: a brutal martial arts foe and a Russian diplomat who has a history with Yee.
