Perfect Tenant Movie Review 1999

Overly familiar thriller. Because of financial problems Jessica (Purl) is forced to rent out her guesthouse. She thinks she's found the perfect tenant in Bryan (Caulfield) since he's not only handsome but polite and tidy. But it's all a facade since Bryan actually wants revenge on the woman he blames for his father's suicide.
