David Copperfield Movie Review 1999

Lavish and traditional retelling of the Dickens saga, which concerns the hard-knock life, from birth to maturity, of the title character. Hoskins' Mr. Micawber and Smith's Aunt Betsey Trotwood are particular standouts in a large cast.
