Episodic comedy with Meredith starring as Oliver Pease, a would-be newspaper reporter (he actually works on the classifieds), asking the question "How has a child changed your life?" Among those queried are a couple of jazz musicians (Fonda, Stewart), Hollywood bit players (Lamour, Moore), and con men (Demerest, MacMurray). Goddard, who was married to Meredith at the time, plays his wife in the film.
