EMT "Leonard Betts" isn't exactly what he seems, in fact when he's decapitated in an accident, he grows a new head. And Scully fears she has cancer when Leonard, who needs cancerous cells to survive and regenerate, attacks her. In "Memento Mori," Scully learns her inoperable cancer is the same type that has killed numerous female UFO abductees and Mulder is certain a conspiracy is behind the disease.
