Bow's last film has her portraying the seductive older woman in a number of scanty outfits. Carnival femme Lou (Bow) seduces teen Chris (Cromwell) and makes him a man. Climax (not that kind!) takes place at the Chicago World's Fair. Adapted from the Kenyon Nicholson play "The Barker."
