Probably proved more exciting during its WWII release timeframe than it will for modern sensibilities. Government agent Lee Graham (Bennett) is hired to stop enemy eavesdropping at a defense plant. He invents a scrambler that confuses the Axis and then rounds up the saboteurs. Pretty standard B fare.
