Pups Movie Review 1999

Surburban 13-year-old Stevie (Van Hoy) finds his mom's gun, which he shows to equally young girlfriend, Rocky (Barton). Instead of going to school, Stevie impulsively decides to rob a nearby bank, and nearly gets away with it until the cops and the FBI show up. Now the kids have hostages and no clue as to what they're doing, while hostage negotiator Daniel Bender (Reynolds) tries to get a volatile Stevie to listen to reason.
