The Witness Files Movie Review 2000

Sandy (Butler) has been imprisoned for the murder of her abusive husband. Corrupt politician Frank Sutton (Flatman) arranges for her release so he can use her special talents (she does makeup special effects) for his own nefarious ends. But Sandy hooks up with a detective (Nerman) to doublecross Sutton. Watch "F/X" instead unless you're a particular fan of Butler.
