Thomas and the Magic Railroad Movie Review 2000

Thomas, a spunky blue steam engine, is bullied by big bad engine, Diesel, and aided by Mr. Conductor (Baldwin), as well as young Lily (Wilson) and her train-loving grandad (Fonda) who also come to Thomas' rescue. Part live-action, part animation adaptation of the British children's series will be fine for the kidlets but parents will overdose on the whimsey factor.
