Follows "The '60s" miniseries with the same superficial exploration of the decade seen through the eyes of four friends and lots of music. (Disco rules!) Dexter (Torry), Byron (Rowe), Eileen (Shaw), and Christine (Smart) are all at Kent State on that fateful day with the National Guard and their lives continue through numerous hot-button issues, including Watergate, feminism, drugs, sex, the Black Panthers, the environment, and religious cults. Cast is surprisingly strong.
