Restraining Order Movie Review 1999

Lawyer Robert Woodfield (Roberts) witnesses a murder that's committed by a former client. He contacts a friend in the D.A.'s office but when that friend is also murdered and Woodfield's efforts to bring the killer to justice are futile, he decides to personally avenge the crimes.
