Gorgeous Movie Review 1999

Ah Bu (Shu), a young woman from a small Taiwan fishing village, finds a glass bottle with a romantic message inside. An adventurous spirit, she travels to Hong Kong to find the author of the note. Albert (Leung Chui Wai), the missive's writer, turns out to be a gay make-up artist but Ah Bu also meets millionaire businessman, C.N. Chan (Chan), who manages to fall for Ah Bu while battling corporate rival, Yi Lung (Jen). There may be romance amongst the action but Jackie is more than up to the challenge. Cantonese with subtitles.
