Two-time loser Rob is released from jail determined to stay straight and thus avoid the harsh sentencing of California's "Three Strikes" law. But as luck, and a lame script filled with fart jokes and little esle would have it, his buddy picks him up from jail in a stolen car and promptly gets in a gunfight with the cops. On the run from the police and gang members, Rob tries to find a way to clear himself and get home. There's not much to redeem this disaster of a flick, unless you find embarrassingly stereotypical characters and "In Living Color" refect jokes amusing.
