Love and Action in Chicago Movie Review 1999

Eddie Jones (Vance) works for the State Department's Eliminator Corps, getting rid of anyone the government doesn't want around. Eddie wants to leave and make a new life with girlfriend Lois (King) but his bosses are pressing him to take one more job. And if he doesn't, he could become number one on the Corps hit parade. Although there's action, this one is of the black comedy variety with Vance particularly good as the reluctant hitman.
