The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle Movie Review 2000

Flying squirrel and his moose pal, who have been living on residuals since their TV show was cancelled, discover that their old enemies, spies Boris Badenov (Alexander), Natasha Fatale (Russo) and their Fearless Leader (De Niro), have escaped from their two-dimensional existence. Now the trio are headed for Hollywood and a plot to--what else--take over the world. Someone seriously miscalculated in aiming this one at the Pokemon set (the show is 35 years old, and the majority of the jokes were always aimed at adults anyway), but it still provides a few good laughs, and is much more effective back home on the small screen.
