Highly watchable performances raise this cable movie about mobsters above the average. Boston goodfella Bobby Batton (Sizemore) turns state's evidence after he's betrayed by his cronies. He and his family are placed in the witness protection program under the eye of a U.S. marshal (Whitaker) but living as a regular mook proves difficult. Bobby's wife (Mastrantonio) is bitter, his kids are angry and confused, and there are no easy endings. Based on a 1996 New York Times Magazine article by Robert Sabbag.
