Backlash Movie Review 1999

Federal prosecutor Gina Gallagher (Needham) has gotten on the wrong side of the Colombian drug cartel. After her partner is killed, Gina works with veteran homicide detective Moe Ryan (Durning) and uncovers a government conspiracy--so maybe trusting a convict (Belushi) to protect her isn't such a bad idea.
