Blowback Movie Review 1999

Police officer Don Morell (Van Peebles) witnesses the execution of serial killer Claude Whitman (Remar)--or does he? Former jury members are being murdered and Morell finds cryptic bible messages at the scenes--a Whitman hallmark. So has the killer come back from the grave or has someone conspired to keep Whitman alive for their own purposes?
