Two Family House Movie Review 1999

The '50s aren't exactly a time of happiness and prosperity for factory worker Buddy Rispoli. He's a frustrated singer, still haboring dreams of the big time, with a number of failed moneymaking schemes behind him. His latest venture is buying a two-family house where he and his family can live upstairs while he turns the downstairs into a bar. But the current tenants, a pregnant Irish teen and her abusive husband, have other ideas.
