Things You Can Tell Just by Looking at Her Movie Review 2000

Ensemble female cast tells five stories that intersect in odd ways. Dr. Keener (Close) gets unhappy romantic news from tarot card reader Christine (Flockhart), whose own lover, Lilly (Golino), is terminally ill. Meanwhile, Rebecca (Hunter) has an abortion (performed by Dr. Keener) and then has an emotional breakdown. Then there's single mother Rose (Baker), who becomes intrigued by her new neighbor--a dwarf (Woodburn), and finally staid Kathy (Brenneman) and her exhuberantly sexy blind sister Carol (Diaz).
