Here on Earth Movie Review 2000

Predictable teary teen romantic drama with a very pretty cast doing what they can with one-note roles. Smalltown beauty Samantha (Sobieski) waits tables at the family diner and hangs out with long-time boyfriend Jasper (Hartnett), who's rivals with snotty prep, Kelley (Klein). Their rivalry causes a disaster for Sam and her family that the boys must rectifiy, even as Kelley and Sam turn to each other. Oh yeah, and then Sam's recurring knee problems turn out to be cancer and everyone has to pull together.
