West New York Movie Review 1996

Ex-cop Tom Coletti (Vincent) has a job in Jersey, disposing of old bank bonds. He comes up with a scheme to skim some of the bonds but the news leaks to the local mob boss, Carmine (Pastore). He's unhappy he's not being cut in and decides to put out a hit to show his displeasure, so Coletti has to get to him first.
