The Highway Man Movie Review 1999

Middleaged Frank Drake (McHattie) is running telephone scams and winds up getting framed by his nasty boss (Gossett) for fraud and then accused of murder. Into this mess strolls Ziggy (Harris), who thinks Frank is her daddy, along with her boyfriend/thief Walter (Priestly), who's just made a big score. It plays more like two separate stories that never really come together.
