The Alien Agenda: Under the Skin Movie Review 1997

Scientist Alfred Malone is kidnapped by the mystery guys in black and taken to their hideaway in Puerto Rico, where vicious aliens roam around outside just looking for a tasty earthling snack. Then there's Victor who's a smalltime hood who's not only got the cops after him but the new head of Chicago's crime syndicate, who's not exactly what he seems.
