Rage of the Werewolf Movie Review 1999

Okay, try to follow this. It's 2010 in New York City after an asteroid has collided with the moon, which somehow causes thousands of people to become werewolves. Now Jake was already a werewolf, so he has more flexibility than these newbies, including evil brother Lazlo who wants to unite all the wolves and destroy humanity. But Jake doesn't want anything to do with this evil plot and goes on the run. And then there's some mystery babe with special powers who can possibly help Jake out.
