Addicted to Murder Movie Review 1995

Joel Winter (McCleery) was abused as a child and now takes his anger out on women by killing them. Then he meets vampire Angie (Graham), who decides to transform him since he's already a predator. But Joel develops a conscience and tries to reform, which ticks Angie off and she frames him for a murder he didn't commit. Which ticks Joel off so he becomes a vampire (and a vampire hunter) to get even.
