Stealth Fighter Movie Review 1999

Naval pilot Owen Turner (Ice-T) fakes his own death and goes to work for the bad guys in South America. Then he steals a stealth fighter from a U.S. military base and starts bombing foreign military installations. So naval officer Ryan Mitchell (Mandylor) is sent to stop him. Wynorski directed under the pseudonym "Jay Andrews."
