Menno's Mind Movie Review 1996

Rebel leader Bruce Campbell downloads his brain into a computer before being killed. Now his associates force computer techie Menno (Bill Campbell) to upload the material into his own mind in order to thwart presidential candidate Bernsen, who wants to use his online skills to influence the outcome of the election.
