Raw Nerve Movie Review 1999

Rogue cop Blair (Van Peebles) has crossed the line one too many times and is being investigated for money laundering. He's in trouble with IAD and the mob, which also puts girlfriend Izabel (Sheridan) in danger. Blair turns for help to ex-cop buddy Ethan (Galligan) but won't change his violent ways and keeps sinking down.
