Cold Hearts Movie Review 1999

Charles is the head of a group of young vampires who take over a small New Jersey town. But best friends Viktoria and Alicia want to escape from Charles' influence and turn to a stranger for help. Low-budget vamp flick is surprisingly professional and watchable.
