Under Hellgate Bridge Movie Review 1999

Familiar New York crime drama is set in the Astoria neighborhood of Queens. Ryan (Rodrick) is just outa prison (it was a bum rap) and heads home to find slick wiseguy Vincent (LaPaglia) has taken over his territory and his old girlfriend, Carla (Bayne). The situation gets messy.
