In his seventh documentary, Morris spotlights engineer Fred A. Leuchter Jr., the son of a prison warden, who designed more efficient execution devices, including electric chairs, lethal injection machines, and gas chambers. This might be bizarre enough, but thanks to neo-Nazi Ernst Zundel, Leuchter becomes a Holocaust denier after a trip to Auschwitz. Leuchter compiled his unscientific findings in a published report that became an important tenent amongst the neo-Nazi revisionist set.
