Time at the Top Movie Review 1999

Fourteen-year-old Susan Shawson travels back in time (via her apartment's elevator) from the Philadelphia of the present to the same city in 1881. There Susan befriends Victoria Walker and her younger brother Robert, who need help with their family troubles. The trio manage to time travel back and forth and the change both the past and the present. Based on the book by Edward Ormondroyd.
