Second Sight Movie Review 1999

Hard-charging Detective Chief Inspector Ross Tanner (Owen) is called to investigate the murder of a college student who was beaten to death within yards of his family's home. But beyond the murder, Tanner has a serious personal problem--a rare eye disease is causing him to go blind. Trying to keep his condition a secret, Tanner is forced to rely on new Detective Inspector Catherine Tully (Skinner), who has her own reasons for keeping quiet.
