Rogue Force Movie Review 1999

A renegade SWAT commander (Patrick) leads a vigilante group of ex-police officers in assassinating a number of mobsters. The murders are being investigating by federal agent Rooker and homicide detective DiLascio, who have no idea where their assignment is leading them. Predictable but delivers the action required of the genre.
