Freeway 2: Confessions of a Trickbaby Movie Review 1999

The 1995 film was a violent modern update of "Little Red Riding Hood" and the sequel is a twisted fairytale "Hansel and Gretel." Crystal (Lyonne) escapes from juvenile prison with cell buddy Cyclona (Celedonio) and heads to Tijuana where she hopes psychic Sister Gomez (Gallo) can cure her of her compulsion to murder. The body count rises a lot on their journey. As grubby and unappealing as its predecessor.
