Violent Cop Movie Review 1989

Think "Dirty Harry" to the nth power and you'll have some idea of the kind of cop Detective Azuma (Kitano) is. However, he also gets results, so the boss is willing to overlook the violent way Azuma does his job. His latest case involves a drug-related murder, a sadistic killer, a corrupt friend, and the kidnapping of Azuma's own mentally unstable sister. Not for the squeamish. Japanese with subtitles.
