Jamie, Tina, and Silvia head to the beach at spring break for the usual ritual of sun, surf, and guys. First they attract nerds, then hoods, then hot guy Rick hits it off with Jamie and things seem to be going just swell. But the film isn't called "Too Good to Be True" for nuthin'.
