Russell Mulcahy's Tale of the Mummy Movie Review 1999

Archeologists break open the sealed tomb of an Egyptian prince and are destroyed by the curse of Talos. Fifty years later, Samantha Turkel (Lombard) discovers her grandfather's logbook and decides to retrace the course of his deadly expedition. She recovers a sacred amulet and suddenly the power of Talos threatens again. The film was originally released at 119 minutes under the title "Talos the Mummy."
