When the train she's travelling on is involved in a terrible crash, abandoned, pregnant Helene (Baye) decides to assume the identity of a wealthy young woman who was killed in the wreck. But soon Helene is receiving anonymous threats from someone who knows who she really is. Based on a book by Cornell Woolrich and also filmed as "No Man of Her Own" (1950) and "Mrs. Winterbourne" (1996). French with subtitles.
