100 Proof Movie Review 1996

Based on a 1986 murder rampage in Lexington, Kentucky. Rae (Stewart) and her compliant sidekick, Carla (Bellando), are a couple of smalltime, small-town hustlers, with drug/booze habits, who turn tricks to get by. The day begins in its usual bleak fashion until Rae encounters her degenerate father (Varney), who routinely abused her. Rae's anger grows, fueled by cocaine and alcohol, until she snaps and begins shooting people.
