Universal Soldier 2: Brothers in Arms Movie Review 1998

Cable actioner not to be confused with the 1999 big-screen sequel "Universal Soldier: The Return" starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. Here, Luc Devereaux (Battaglia), who works for the top-secret UniSol military operation, teams up with journalist Veronica Roberts (West) to expose UniSol's plan to re-animate dead soldiers into unstoppable killing machines.
